The service

Jump The Trend generates short AI videos from photos you upload, following trend templates. Results are produced by third-party AI models and will vary; we do not guarantee a specific likeness or outcome.

Jump The Trend is independent and not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, NPR, Tiny Desk, or any creator, artist or brand referenced by a template.

Eligibility and consent

You must be 18 or older. Everyone pictured in your photos must be 18+ and must have agreed to appear in the video (pets you own are fine where a template allows them).

You confirm you own or have the rights to every photo you upload. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, or anyone without their permission. See our Acceptable Use policy.

Payments

Videos are sold per clip or in small credit packs, as one-time payments processed by Stripe. We do not sell subscriptions.

If a render fails for technical reasons, the credit or payment used for it is automatically returned as a credit or free retry. Dissatisfaction with a successfully generated result is handled case by case by support; it is not automatically refunded.

Credits are digital goods with no cash value and are non-transferable.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your video. Generated videos are yours to use for personal, lawful purposes; you are responsible for how you share them and for complying with platform rules, including AI-content labels.

Generated videos do not include licensed music. Adding sounds on social platforms is your responsibility.

Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within a few days. Finished videos are available to download for 48 hours and then deleted.

Termination and liability

We may refuse or remove content and suspend access for violations of these terms. The service is provided as is, to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 30 days.
