What we collect
Photos you upload; the videos generated from them; your email if you create an account; payment status from Stripe (we never see your full card number); a consent record for each video (timestamp, a one-way hash of your IP address, and browser user agent); and basic technical logs.
How we use it
Photos are used only to generate the video you ordered. They are sent to our AI video provider through short-lived private links for that purpose. We do not use your photos to train models and do not sell personal data.
Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within a few days. Generated videos are deleted 48 hours after they are ready. Order and consent records are kept as required for accounting and abuse prevention.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Stripe (payments) and our AI video generation provider process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie if you sign in, and a guest cookie so you can find videos made in this browser.
Your choices
To request deletion of your data or a video, email support@jumpthetrend.com. For takedown requests involving your likeness or copyright, email dmca@jumpthetrend.com.
